太极拳的用法 ：“ 在 意 不 在 形　”

有一位剑术家說过：” 手中无剑，心中有剑 ”，其意就是 “在意不在形”，太极拳的用法也是一样，要因时济易。例如：双手齐上齐下，就是太极起式，无需拘泥于套拳中的形式，如在视频中，我用太极起式化解锁喉，双手合十推上，有如少林拳之“ 童子拜佛＂接着双手齐下抓脸。在 ” Yi  Long vs Buakaw  June 2015 ” 中，Buakaw 有两次高踢落在一龙的肩上，我建议一龙应举双手 抱其膝，用力往下拉以断其膝腿，这也是 “ 太极起式 ” !　又如在视频 的 ”玉女穿梭” 中，我用拳而不用掌，是因为如果戴上拳套后，不宜用掌！又如Fang Bian（方便）在 “ Fang Bian vs Simon Marcus, Jan 2015 “　中，好像是用勾拳打倒 Simon Marcus, 而太极套路中的 “ 弯弓射虎 ” 是用直拳，其实直拳比勾拳好，因为…

右手用外缠丝腕（类似咏春之摊手）截刀手之左前臂，然后用右掌发劲按其左肩，使其跌出，此为高探马！如右手操刀直 刺，可用左手搂其右前臂，右手托其右腋，可 用：（i）阴阳手断其右肘（ii）转腰将刀手向身后抛出！此为云手。   近日（July & Aug, 2015) 新闻中，得知在台北和北京，都有凶徒持刀伤人事件，故旅游者除了要记得买旅游保险外，不妨上老夫的网站，学一两招：“ 空手对白刃” 的功夫，以防万一  ，至少可以避开第一刀！
